The Corsair Cabriolet boasts a generous cockpit, with ample seating space and an extended duck board suitable for great fishing. The cockpit also accommodates the inflatable dinghy with outboard attached, when doing short hops from bay to bay.
Galley
The galley is designed in such a way that two people can work side by side preparing food & clearing up.
A convenient sliding pantry is located directly opposite the galley to starboard. The pantry accommodates standard sized plastic storage bins.
Saloon
The spacious main saloon is luxurious and comfortable with the main saloon table dropping down to form a double berth.
Helm chair
The large comfortable helm chair easily seats two adults. The helm station has been designed to enhance night vision.
Large Main Saloon Windows
Large sliding main saloon windows allow excellent access to the fore deck and visibility aft while maneuvering in marinas and docking.
Engine Room
Access to the Engine room is conveniently located by raising the interior stair case which is operated by gas rams.
Sleeping Berths
Sleeping Sleeping accommodation is forward. The boat can comfortably sleep 7 to 8 (depending on berth configuration) with the drop down table in the saloon. We offer two standard layouts,
Option 1: a spacious master cabin forward with a queen sized bed and a cabin to port that has three singles with the option to convert to a queen.
Option 2: a separate queen master cabin to port and four generous single berths in the forward cabin.
We can also customise the cabins and berths to suit your requirements.
Bathrooms
The modern head & separate shower are to starboard and provide more than full head room.
Design and Construction Every hull is hand laid GRP with an end grain pre-sealed balsa core with a vinylester osmosis barrier below the water line. The Cabriolet has extra strengthening below the forward soles to allow for today’s higher speeds and an extra engine room bulkhead to strengthen the saloon sole and minimise hull flex.
The hull has a fine entry to cut through seas effortlessly with a more moderate 11 degree deadrise aft for economical cruising. The specially designed spray rails built into the hull give added lift, reduced drag and deflects the spray making the Cabriolet an extremely dry boat even in heavy weather conditions.
